You lead a business God has grown, and you sense there’s more He wants to do through it.
You’re a financial advisor, estate planner, CPA, insurance or succession professional carrying real weight for the families you serve.
You want God as a true partner in how you build, not just a verse on the wall.
You’re Kingdom-minded, a little frustrated, and ready to name what’s been missing.
Most coaches bring a framework. I help you see the third person already in the room — God — and build processes that fit how He made your business. That’s your unfair advantage to do the Impossible.
Together we walk your business through six movements, at your pace:
Entrustment
Recognize what God has placed in your hands
Discernment
Learn to hear Him in your decisions
Management
Build processes and numbers you can trust
Alignment
Bring every part of the business in line with its purpose
Multiplication
Form the mighty team that carries it with you
Legacy
Prepare what you’ve built to last for generations
You don’t have to go it alone. God delights to build the Impossible with you — a business that’s
strong today, carried by your team, and lasting for generations.
Twelve short questions that show where God is already at work in your business, and where your mighty team is waiting to be built. It takes about ten minutes, and your results come straight to your inbox.

I grew up working beside my dad as he built his own insurance agency. I spent years at State Farm as a business analyst, then as an agent, and later served as Chief Operating Officer of an estate-planning firm, where I watched a business partnered with God outgrow what its owner thought was possible.
I hold a Doctorate of Ministry from Regent University and serve on the board of Children’s Medical Ministries. My book, The 37th Question: Achieving the Impossible with God in Business, is coming soon.
I'm not a coach with a certificate. I’m a strategist who has sat in the owner’s seat, and I believe your real unfair advantage is your relationship with God.
